1. The INLS Website contains confidential and proprietary information owned exclusively by Noble Logistics, Inc., and its related and affiliated entities (collectively the "Companies") including, but not limited to, customer lists, customer information, marketing plans, pricing information, financial reports, accounting information, statistics, employee information, and independent contractor information (collectively the "Confidential Information").
2. Any information which I may input onto the INLS Website shall also be considered confidential and proprietary information owned exclusively by the Companies and shall be considered part of the Confidential Information.
3. I agree that I will maintain as confidential and not disclose the Confidential Information to any person or entity including, without limitation any person within the Companies, or allow any person to view the Confidential Information without the prior written authorization of the president or CEO of the Companies.
4. When I am finished viewing the INLS Website and/or inputting information therein, I will immediately log off the INLS Website.
5. I would not be afforded access to the Confidential Information or be given the ability to input information on the INLS Website without first agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth above.
